Doing Mail-Order Jobs
Submitted by Stephen Winters on Mon, 2008-02-11 09:47.Recently I had a client vist the RV Cushions page of my upholstery business website.
She said that she had some RV cushions that she wanted me to make. Since I've never done any work mail order before, I'm trying to work out the details. I'm wondering, is mail order too much trouble, or does it have great potential to add to my business.

Taking the Back Off a Lazyboy Recliner
Submitted by Stephen Winters on Sat, 2007-12-29 14:56.(note: you can click on any picture to enlarge it.)
The situation, you have a lazyboy recliner and you need to move it. Because of their unique recliner mechanism, this proceedure will only work on Lazyboy recliners. Lazyboys are built to come apart easily. Turn the recliner around so that you are at the back of the recliner.

Picture Gallery Updated
Submitted by Stephen Winters on Tue, 2006-06-06 06:40.For the last few weeks I have been upgrading this website. It has been a lot more "involved" that I had originally expected. Upgrading the picture gallery has been especially challenging. Finally, the roughest part (I hope) is finally over. The Gallery is finally up and running; it just needs to be be imbedded and configured.

Website Software Updated
Submitted by Stephen Winters on Thu, 2006-05-25 23:04.The website runs on the Drupal CMS software. Drupal has come out with a new version, Drupal 4.71. After doing a couple of test website upgrades, Tonight, May 25, 2006, I upgraded this website to the new version. At this point, not all of the new modules have been installed, and some of the pictures, links, or other pages may be broken or not working. I will be working to connect and configure the new modules. Please bear with us as we finish the install during the next few days, or weeks, etc.

Do It Yourself Article Organization
Submitted by Stephen Winters on Thu, 2005-12-15 20:56.I'm trying to determine wether the do it yourself articles should be put in the same sections mixed in with the regular upholstery articles, or if they should have their own sections. Theoretically, they could just be mixed in with the regular articles because the permission levels could keep them separated from the more professional content. One of the consideration would be how the articles would be written. Articles for DIYers should contain more simplistic information, written in more detail.

I had already installed the Gallery2 image software on this website, but couldn't get the images to actually show. All I got was a big empty box indicating the outline of where the image should be, and inside this was a tiny box with a red x in it. Last night I finally figured out that the probrem was in...
